ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Shatin Church family,

The Thirty-fifth Annual General Meeting of Shatin Anglican Church will be held on May 3rd at 11:45 am in person.

At the meeting we will:

1. 1. elect a Church Committee for the period until the next Annual Meeting.
   2. receive reports concerning the life of the church.
   3. discuss any motions, which have been presented to the Pastor in writing at least two weeks before the Annual Meeting.

The Electoral Roll is the list of our church members. Those who are on it will be able to vote at the Annual Church Meeting. To become a member, you will need to have a basic theological understanding of membership, seek to fulfill the commitments listed on the membership form, be 18 years old or above, baptized, and not on the membership roll of any other church in Hong Kong.  If you are not already a member, we recommend that you attend the membership class (click here for more information and sign up). If you cannot join on one of those dates, but would like to join the membership, please contact Pastor Heewoo (heewoo@shatinchurch.org.hk).

Registered members may nominate other members for one of the eight elected Committee positions. Committee Members’ role and responsibilities are found here. Nominations close on Sunday, 19th of April, and the nomination form (see below) should be handed in by then. The 2025-26 Committee members are Andy Hutton, Cindy Lee, Peter Tsih, Warren Islip, Evelyn Yan, Timothy Ho, Victor Sim, and Tracy Tsoi (treasurer).
