Vaccine Requirement

Persons aged 5 to 11

Effective from 30 September 2022, persons aged 5 to 11 need to fulfil the vaccination requirements of the Vaccine Pass by having received either the second dose of vaccine, or the first dose of vaccine in the past three months from the day of entering a church.

Effective from 30 November 2022, persons aged 5 to 11 should have received the second dose of vaccine in order to comply with vaccination requirements of the Vaccine Pass.

A parent may also show a child’s QR code together with one’s own using the eHealth or LeaveHomeSafe mobile application.

Effective from 30 September 2022, persons aged 12 or above need to fulfil the vaccination requirements of the Vaccine Pass by having received either the third dose of vaccine, or the second dose of vaccine in the past five months (rather than six months) from the day of entering a church.

Effective from 30 November 2022, persons aged 12 or above should have received the third dose of vaccine in order to comply with vaccination requirements of the Vaccine Pass.
